for the animals.
I've always been an animal lover, especially cats and dogs. In 2004 my husband and I moved to Alabama, and I was stunned by how many stray dogs and cats I saw. I immediately jumped into action and started learning about the pet overpopulation crisis and ways I could help.
I've partnered with many rescues and shelters over the years, and my husband and I have taken in over 100 dogs and probably as many cats. It’s a lifestyle for us! I also use my impressionistic-style artwork to tell the stories of rescue dogs.
